My name is Ellie, and I started in this country as an immigrant. Like many, I started cleaning because it was the opportunity I had. Over the years, I cleaned for hotels and residential companies until I got tired of working for a company's bottom line instead of the customer. I became a naturalized citizen (long journey), and opened up my own business.
You know what's funny? Ellie's Magic Maids is a cleaning service born of frustration. Yeah, frustration. Cleaners that didn't care, companies that wouldn't listen, and prices that didn't make sense. For me, the industry is house cleaning but that's just a tool for customer service. My real business is happy customers.
I hope only that I may get the privilege to work for you too.
Mission
Our mission... there's a lot that could go here. How I aim to bring the customer service and attention I give to my customers to my employees so anywhere they go in my stead they go with my spark. Basically, clean homes come from happy cleaners, and happy cleaners mean happy customers. Or there's also how long lasting relationships with customers start with great employee retention and designing a great work environment. We could throw in using eco-friendly and low impact cleaning agents so our employees, customers, and planet stay healthy and strong. One could even say that a top-to-bottom approach that doesn't cut corners is what we deliver.
All in all, it boils down to a simple mission: clean homes, happy customers.
