Refund Policy - the basics

At The Magic Touch House Cleaning Services, we strive to provide the highest quality service. However, since our services are time- and labor-based, we do not offer monetary refunds once a cleaning has been completed.
If you are not satisfied with the service, we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns and offer a corrective visit if appropriate.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy includes the following points:
No cash refunds after a service has been completed.
Clients are encouraged to report any issues within 24 hours.
In case of dissatisfaction, a re-cleaning may be offered.
Refunds may be considered only in extreme or exceptional cases, subject to management         approval.
Services cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a late    cancellation fee.
